Today’s work out – chest, back, shoulders and a bit of all over…

Today I did this work out: Work out F in my series of A-F workouts.

Here’s what was in it:

Wide grip chin ups

Cable cross over chest flyes

Combination dumbbell lat raise with overhead press

Bent over rows

Power clean to squat to overhead press (prob not the technical name for it but its a combination of power clean to get the bar up then a squat press then bar goes overhead).
