Today’s workout – mix up…

Today I did one of my mix up work outs. Here’s what was in it:

Wide grip chin ups, bent over rows, cable cross over chest flys, close grip push ups, bent over rows, and a kind of a power clean-squat to-overhead press thing.

Alarm was set for 4.30 am. Gives me an hour to work out before heading off to work for the day… cheers!
